DIRECT PAY URGENT CARE
We now offer same or next day urgent care services to non-members from ages 5 and up.
*Limited availability as our established patients are our priority.
Same or next day urgent care services are by appointment only. Please call us at 828-360-8359 to check availability.
Urgent care services are only available during office hours. No urgent care visits after hours.
Urgent care service are reserved for acute minor illness ex. fever, sore throat, rash, cough, UTI, GI illness etc.
For life- or limb- threatening injuries, please call 911 or go to the ER.
We do not bill insurance for urgent care services. Direct pay only.
Fees include medical consultation and examination and in house testing such as strep, flu, Covid etc. Fees include 1 virtual follow up (phone call) related to the initial visit for up to 7 days.
Fees does not include cost of any incidentals like laboratory studies, x-rays, or prescription medication.
We do not prescribe controlled substances for non-members. For pain severe enough to require controlled medication, please proceed to the ER or call 911.
*Please note: Non-member services do not include direct access to the physician or any membership perks. We cannot guarantee same day or next day appointment for non-members. We do not offer after hours care or services to non-members.
Direct Pay Urgent Care Pricing
Urgent care visits from $280+
We require $80 to reserve your appointment for appointments scheduled next day.
We require $120 to reserve your appointment for appointments scheduled same day.
50% of your reservation fee will be refunded if appointment is cancelled with more than 24hours notice before scheduled visit.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24hour notice will have no refund.

*Self pay clinic, no insurance. No problem! We do not bill any insurance in our office.
*We are opted out of Medicare so our services cannot be submitted to Medicare for reimbursement.
*All labs are drawn at our lab partner facility in Asheville. Patients will be given a lab order form to take to the lab facility for blood draw. Please note, we are a self pay clinic so if you use insurance for labs, your transaction for labs is then between you and the lab facility. Keep in mind that some of these labs are advanced biomarkers that may incur a much higher cost through insurance. Submitting labs with insurance does not guarantee coverage and the bill you may receive from the lab facility may be much higher than our guaranteed price. We bear no responsibility on what your portion of cost ends up being should you choose to use your insurance for the laboratory studies.
