Please review our MEMBERSHIP PRICING before enrolling. Enrollment fees are non-refundable and billed once your onboarding is complete with our staff. Monthly fees are billed at your new patient appointment or 2nd month of enrollment which ever comes first. Please call or text us at 828-360-8359 if you need assistance.

Important Information For New Patients:

1. We welcome all patients irrespective of insurance status. As a membership based family practice clinic, we do not bill insurance and we do not charge co-pay or deductibles for any of your office appointments. All your office appointments are covered under your monthly fee. Please note if you have insurance, it does not reimburse the membership fee.

2. Monthly membership fee will be billed on the 1st of the month. Patients can make payment either with credit card on file or use ACH withdrawal which we keep on file as well. We require a method of payment during your enrollment. We do not make any charges until you are contacted by our office and your enrollment is processed.

3. Discounted Services:

   a. All our members have access to our discounted lab prices, in office pharmacy medications, and imaging studies. We are very transparent with our pricing for these services so all members are aware of their cost for incidentals at time of service. All incidentals (cost of labs and medications) are billed at the time of service.

   b. For our patients with insurance (Private Insurance, Medicare or Medicaid), you can use your insurance for labs, imaging studies and medications per your preference.

4. Billing for New Patients:

   a. We will contact you shortly after enrollment to process your enrollment. Once enrollment is processed, we will bill your one-time non-refundable enrollment fee to reserve your membership spot.

   b. Your first month membership fee is billed at your new patient appointment or your 2nd month of enrollment which ever comes first. If you are joining in the middle of the month, that first month payment is prorated.

   c. Discounts:

   1. If you pay for 11 months up front, you get your 12th month free

   2. $10 OFF monthly for spouse/partner

   3. If >3 children enrolled, cost is $60/month for 3rd child
