We provide same or next day appointments with easy access to your doctor. No more waiting rooms.
We have several in office testing that are included in membership ex: urine pregnancy testing, urinalysis, EKG, breathing treatment and more.
Comprehensive care is part of your DPC membership.
One Health DPC members receive women's health, menopause care, metabolic and weight management, and cardiovascular prevention as part of their ongoing primary care when medically appropriate. Our separate Hormones & Everything Else™ consultation service is designed for patients who maintain primary care elsewhere but want dedicated, focused support for midlife health. Current One Health DPC members do not need to enroll in Hormones & Everything Else™ to receive routine menopause, metabolic, weight or cardiovascular care from Dr. Osei.

Discounted Services
Members enjoy access to a wide range of primary care services at heavily discounted, wholesale prices—paying only what we pay. Additionally, we’ve secured discounted cash pricing for select services outside our clinic. For members with health insurance, we can bill these services to your insurance if preferred.
*Pricing are subject to change based on availability, supply, and demand. There are some services not included in your monthly membership fee. We work with patients to get affordable pricing for some of these services : ex. PT, pathology fees, imaging studies and labs. Immunizations - we cannot, at this time, perform immunizations due to cost. Immunizations can be received at local pharmacies or the health department. At this time, all our childhood immunizations are referred to the Health Department.

At this time, we are unable to accept patients who are Medicare-eligible or currently enrolled in Medicare. We do not bill Medicaid, Medicare, or private insurance. All other eligible patients are welcome to join our practice and follow our established membership pricing plans.

As a family physician, we can continue to see you during pregnancy for many issues however, we require our pregnant patients to see an OB/GYN team for pregnancy care and childbirth.

Our members referred to therapy (physical, behavioral health, speech etc) are provided with upfront expected pricing.

Our membership does not include ER visits, hospitalization, specialist or surgical care coverage. We can refer to any specialist or hospital of your choice and we work with your team for updates during your care. Our members have access to follow up visits within 3-5days of discharge and as usual can call, text or email us with any concerns.
